Copyright is an interesting thing
it seems that live performances do not fall under the same copyright laws as songs recorded in the studio.
Check <http://www.rockforever.com> which lets you download a lot of live songs, partly rare recordings. It is backed by liquid audio and mp3.com, who would not back something illegal really.
