Building a Network

Found this on the Afghan News Network. Expat e-mail: Afghanistan. It’s a mail from a freelance engineer who moved to Afghanistan to help build up their wireless network infrastructure. When there is sometimes not even electricity, I call that a challenge and probably very rewarding too, both economically but more than that personal.
